Joseline Hernandez and Stevie J were never legally married, according to a child support petition obtained by Bossip. In legal documents filed in Georgia last week, the (pregnant) Puerto Rican Princess states that she was in a “longterm relationship” with her Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta co-star.
In the documents, Hernandez claims Stevie “J” Jordan abandoned her after they conceived a child in April. She’s asking that Jordan take a test to prove paternity, as well as cover her medical bills and other baby-related expenses.
The mother-to-be is scheduled to five birth in early January.
Jordan, a father of five, was ordered to stand trial in May for a separate $1.1 million child support debt.
The 45-year-old producer, who is currently dating Faith Evans, was also ordered to wear a GPS monitor and adhere to a nightly curfew in accordance with the terms of his release on bail.
